Where your yoga practice comes alive!

Workshops are a great way to break down certain concepts, postures or themes. In a workshop we go deeper into a specific topic and experience them in depth. A Workshop on Pranayama and meditation, for example, explores breath and awareness in one or explores Anulom Vilom in the next one. Yin yoga explores the capacity of our body and mind to be still for a long time in order to transcend the larger muscles for in-depth relaxation.

Golden Earth specializes in conducting workshops on various topics to understand how yoga can be better incorporated in our daily life.

Various workshops are held throughout the year. We keep adding new aspects of yoga into our workshops for deeper study. Do take the time out to experience these unique workshops. Pranayama & Meditation

These aspects of Yoga take years to study. In this workshop we focus on techniques and tools through which we can maintain stability and calmness of mind and body preparing ourselves to reach higher meditative states physically achieving better immunity and health as we prepare for higher spiritual experiences.

Yin Yoga

We live in a culture that is constantly on the go, requiring a lot of movement, activity, stimulation, and responsibilities. So a yoga class that asks us to be still can be more challenging than a regular Hatha Yoga class. Yin Yoga offers the chance to be still, be present, and work deeply within, while you breathe and stretch passively to create more space in mind and body.

Absolutely, we all start somewhere. We welcome you as you are, providing a space that nurtures and supports you on your yoga journey.
We recommend you set a goal you can realistically keep.
Workshop is one session or more of deep in-depth working of an aspect in yoga.
Arrive early, wear comfortable workout attire and be consistent in your practice.
Yoga focuses on harmony and health. Right weight is a side effect of achieving the balance of body, mind and soul.
Special needs include a spectrum of issues such as Autism, Downs Syndrome, ADHD, etc. Yoga practices help reduce anxiety and calm the kids and adults who are special.
